The UK Residential marketplace covers both Private and Commercial dwellings. Whilst the London region plays a major part in the UK residential market the total value of the market across the UK is estimated to be around £5.75 trillion.
However, the cost to develop and subsequently purchase Residential properties in the UK continues to rise significantly, in part, due to the shortage of available land banks to develop.
One section of the Residential sector which continues to be an area of major investment relates to Student Accommodation, in the last year alone investment in the UK student accommodation sector was set to reach £3.1bn and there are now circa 1.7 million full time students in the UK.
Trinity Fire & Security Systems has gained a wealth of experience within the Residential sector over several years completing projects within both the Public Sector and Private housing marketplaces.
A tremendous example of Trinity’s experience within the Residential sector can be seen at Warwick University where we have designed, installed, and commissioned new Fire Detection, Disabled Refuge, IP CCTV and Security systems for 6 student accommodation blocks.
Sherbourne student accommodation is the newest halls of residence on the Warwick University campus and is situated in pleasant green surroundings only 10 minutes’ walk from the central campus.
The six blocks, each 4 storeys high, house a total of 527 rooms, all with ensuite facilities, for the 1st year undergraduates. Each block has tutor accommodation, a management suite and an energy centre and comprises of 8 self-contained flats, each with a max of 12 bedrooms.
Trinity is committed to providing the highest level of service and safety standards via the dedicated team of technical engineers based within our regional offices.
