When and Why did you join Trinity?

I joined Trinity in April 2016. I was looking to get back into Draughting after moving back from South Africa and applying for every job I could find. Luckily for me I got a call back and 2 hours later I was sitting in an interview at Trinity. I left that interview knowing that Trinity was definitely the ‘family’ I was looking for and I wanted to be part of their success.

What is your role at Trinity and what does it involve?

I am responsible for draughting at Trinity, so I work on all the project drawings. This involves transferring the designs and making changes for all our different disciplines on AutoCAD so that it can be presented to the clients/contractors in a professional manner. We are currently in the process of expanding the CAD department so I will be able to take on new challenges as we continue to grow.

What kind of challenges do you face in your role?

Deadlines are my biggest challenge (time is always against me) but there's also juggling my ongoing workload whilst trying to read the Account Managers handwriting!

What are your goals?

My goals are to get my certification on both AutoCAD and Revit and to do my Fire Protection Design Qualification.
