When and Why did you join Trinity?

I was made redundant from my previous company, and thankfully a new and exciting opportunity arose with Trinity.

What is your role at Trinity and what does it involve?

My role as a Project Manager involves managing various sized projects, primarily with electrical contractors, this also entails managing subcontract & commissioning labour to meet the client’s programme. My role also includes the management of the project finances including the procurement of the various materials for the projects.
Throughout the various projects I also work hard to ensure we are working as a ‘team’ involving all of our subcontractors & Trinity Fire & Security Engineering resource, to ensure a successful project is successfully delivered.

What’s the best part of your job?

Seeing a building, that was steel & brick when we first attended site, finished with all of the Fire, Life Safety & Security works completed, ready for the client to move in.

What kind of challenges do you face in your role?

Planning Resource when a programme is constantly moving, ensuring materials are available when required and monitoring finances that are affected by any updates to the project programme.

Tell us an unusual fact about yourself?

Love holidays abroad, but I’m scared stiff of flying!
