Principal Responsibilities

Job Summary

The primary function of the role is to ensure that we have the best relationship possible with the persons representing the Account for the Customer. These relationships will be built on the highest level of customer service enabling us to achieve long term customer retention, maximum additional works and the highest profitability achievable

All operations are to be in line with the Company’s quality and customer service standards.
Overall responsibility for key account maintenance contracts from initial bid support, contract mobilisation, management and reporting of KPI’s delivery of SLA’s, customer relationship management, payment collection responsibilities and all account development opportunities.

Principal Responsibilities

To ensure that all maintenance, works and repairs are carried out correctly to meet customer’s requirements. This will involve regular communication with operational service and working with the works manager when required.
Maintenance management and engineer resourcing in conjunction with the regional engineer manager and the regional service administration team.
To ensure that new contracts are reviewed fully prior to mobilisation, including a detailed servicing schedule is agreed with the client and recorded on the Trinity service system.
Dilapidation reports have been co-ordinated or carried out by yourself for all new contracts issued.
Provide account management for allocated key account service contracts carried out by Trinity ensuring that they’re managed in line with the Company’s Quality Policy.
To ensure compliance with Company and Client H & S policies and any applicable standards.
Provide support for the regional bid team when tendering maintenance contracts, and following successful securing of the contract, monitoring and supporting the operational delivery. This will involve regular review of contracts.
To ensure all customer requests for additional works and proposals are dealt with in a timely and effective manner. The role requires that proposals dealt with by estimating team are correctly managed in respect of time scales, profitability and quality of documentation.
To review the web based asset tagging system where used on your allocated accounts to ensure this is in place and being utilized correctly by engineers and support staff. You should also identify any issues with missing items / additions etc to ensure we are meeting our contractual performances with the client
To attend customer contract meetings as & when required, and to ensure that a regular general liaison meeting takes place as appropriate for the level of work.
Responsible for providing input to company forecast and budgets
Responsible for providing monthly sales forecast for all key accounts
To promote the Company and its core values and behaviours both internally & externally.
Secure non contracted disciplines (such as Security services for a fire systems customer).
To have an awareness all works contract activities for all Key account customers and assist in developing appropriate strategies for increased activity and profitability.
To manage contract renewals (and risks) to allocated accounts in conjunction with the Branch operation team.
To evaluate systems for potential required replacement/repairs/additions and budget with clients.
To attend site meetings as & when required.
To resolve credit queries relating to Key accounts and take responsibility for cash collection of accounts.
To ensure customer satisfaction at all times, by the collation of regular client satisfaction surveys.

Accountable for:

Ensuring that Trinity fully meet the customers fire & life safety servicing requirements in full compliance with agreed KPI’s and SLA’s

Job Summary

To provide detailed administrative management of changes to frameworks and PSL agreements and contracts in order to ensure correct role out throughout the business and ongoing communication of changes and updates where applicable. 

The primary driving factor behind this role is to minimise risk both commercially and operationally by identifying and driving out agreed pricing, SLA’s/KPI’s etc and ensuring all relevant parties are aware thus negating possible problems later on. 

Another key component of this role will be to review contracts at renewal stage making sure that the business is not missing opportunities to increase revenue and that any contractual changes are suitably communicated. 

This role will be the conduit between the contractual agreements and the internal teams providing a thorough and detailed understanding and management structure and ultimately resulting in an enhanced customer experience.

Principal Responsibilities

Development of new client adoption or change of process policy document to include the following:

Preferred Supplier Agreements, Frameworks and Contracts

  • Collate, review and on-going management of PSL, Framework and Contract agreements
  • Handover to Account Managers and Regional Managers
  • Update all internal departments with requirements
  • Manage sign off of new PSLs, Frameworks and Contracts by appropriate member of staff
  • Identify SLA’s, KPI’s etc and ensure necessary monthly reports are set up
  • Manage sign off of new PSLs, Frameworks and Contracts by appropriate member of staff 
  • Ensure national and regional teams are fully conversant with the contractual requirements
  • Communicate any rebate agreements to the Financial controller
  • Update managed account details
  • Ensure correct technical/commercial sign off of new agreements
  • Communicate any compliance requirements to compliance manager
  • Continued monitoring of each agreement to ensure key changes (change of account manager etc) are correctly communicated
