Job Summary

The collection of monies on the Trinity debtor’s ledger in line with agreed targets for cash collection and aged debtor levels. The job incorporates specific administration and reporting responsibilities commensurate with achieving the main aim, but the most important aspect of the job is to provide uninterrupted focus on cash collection.

Principal Responsibilities
• Chase all debts using telephone, e-mail and letter
• Launch all queries identified during the collection process, and chase for prompt resolution of the queries
• Maintain the customer notes on Dimensions so that all interested parties can see current account status
• Primary responsibility for sending routine customer correspondence, including monthly statements, chasing letters, final demands etc
• Build and maintain relationships to facilitate cash collections (both internal and external)
Accountable for:
• cash collection figures (vs monthly target)
• aged debtor levels
• unallocated credits/cash
• cash input

Job Summary

The effective management of a project department which involves taking ownership of project work in its entirety including design, estimating, site surveys, project management, forecasting, invoicing and completion documentation. Work to be carried out in line with the Company’s quality and customer service standards for Fire Detection, PA/VA, Disabled Refuge, Disabled toilet Alarms and Induction Loops.

 

 

Principal Responsibilities

 

  • Manage Projects/contracts activities and assist in developing appropriate strategies for maximising project profitability and delivery.
  • Ensure selected Projects/contracts are compliant with the Company’s Quality Policy in line with BN EN ISO 9001:2000 approval.
  • Ensure selected Projects/contracts are compliant with the Company’s LPS1014 Policy.
  • To maintain profitable methods and systems for achieving optimum Project performance.
  • Attend site meetings as and when required.
  • Produce estimates/quotations and evaluations.
  • Ensure that new contracts are reviewed fully prior to start, that a full programme and job file is prepared and that a pre-start induction is held when required.
  • Ensure that selected Project/contracts are undertaken in an organised manner and that drawings, O&M manuals and final accounts are prepared accurately and on time.
  • Ensure that all applications on sub-contract works are completed before the application date, or end of the month, whichever is the earliest.
  • Produce relevant permits to work and other H&S documentation required.
  • To assist with technical support of the Operations Manager and service team.
  • To assist Operations Manager and Service team with day-to-day running of the Service Department.
  • To promote the Company and its core values and behaviours both internally & externally.
  • Operate in accordance with the Company Handbook and all Company and customer’s quality standards and health and safety requirements.

 

Accountable for:

  • Designing, estimating and tendering project opportunities
  • Seeing projects through to completion within timescales and within budget.
  • Being responsible for profit margin and reviewing & reporting profit/loss for department.
  • Any other special tasks allocated by the company.
