Hoar Cross Hall Ltd
Initial Installation & On-going Maintenance
Situated in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside, Hoar Cross Hall Spa Hotel, can be found in the sleepy Staffordshire village of Hoar Cross. Set in 50 acres of quintessential English countryside, Hoar Cross Hall Spa Hotel is a Grade II listed stately home that marries period style with modern luxury. Commissioned by Hugo Meynell Ingram as a family home the hall was completed in 1871. Elizabethan in style, the lofty gables, turreted water towers, 48 chimneys and mullioned windows are all excellent examples of the period.
The project covered an upgrade and extension of the multiple existing fire alarm systems across the site: a re-configuration of the network to provide a one site-wide system, incorporating the new wing, and relocating the main control panel. All work to the Grade II listed building was carried out whilst the 96 bedroom hotel, gym, spa and restaurants remained fully operational. Specialist radio detection was installed to specific and ornately decorated areas where unsightly cabling was not an option. An on-going planned preventative maintenance programme ensures the safety of guests and staff throughout the building.
